The sun has been shining brightly since morning. Hot westerly winds are also blowing during the day. Due to this, people’s restlessness has increased. Due to extremely hot weather, people are not getting relief even at night. However, on Saturday, some clouds were seen and there was some moisture in the air. Its effect was visible on the temperature. A drop of 1.1 degree Celsius was recorded in the maximum temperature in the last 24 hours.
The vicissitudes of weather continue. The situation is such that the temperature crossed 43 degrees Celsius twice within a week. The heat is also showing no signs of decreasing. Small children and already sick people are facing the most problems. Due to high humidity during the day, one is feeling more uneasiness. Meanwhile, till 7 am on Saturday, few clouds were visible but after this westerly winds started blowing, the clouds dispersed and the sun became brighter. Like Friday, there was less traffic on the Ganga ghats on Saturday too.
If we talk about change in weather, instead of 43.2 degree Celsius on Friday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 42.2 degree Celsius on Saturday. The minimum temperature increased by 3 degrees Celsius from the average and reached 27 degrees Celsius. BHU meteorologist Prof. Manoj Srivastava said that there are chances of hot winds blowing and increase in temperature for the next three-four days.
