Woman’s dead body found in Varuna river

Five days after the death of Rajendra Prasad Sharma, resident of Vishwanathpur Kaniyar village in Varanasi, the body of his wife Ruby Sharma (35) was found immersed in the water near the bridge over the Varuna river in front of Isarwar village. On the information of the villagers, the police of Kapsethi police station reached and got the dead body out of the water and sent it for postmortem. The woman’s son has expressed the fear of killing his mother. Various discussions took place in the area regarding the incident.
Rajendra Prasad Sharma, a native of Vishwanathpur Kanier village, lived near Sarwanipur Balua village with his wife Ruby and children. Rajendra was the salon operator and his wife had opened a general store at home. Both have three sons and a daughter. Ruby’s 15-year-old son Shivraj told that his parents had left the house on the morning of March 10.
The woman was missing for five days
Two other people were also seen going with him. The same day in the afternoon, his father’s body was found immersed in the water near the bridge over the Varuna river in front of Isarwar village. From that day his mother could not be traced and he had also registered her missing in Baragaon police station. The body of the mother was found immersed in water about 50 meters away from where the father’s body was found.
