Mental health was affected
In an interview given to Mansworld India, Vedang told that shooting those scenes had an impact on his mental health. Vedang said- ‘Alia would be in the scene, hit all the right notes with precision and as soon as she heard ‘cut’, she would step out of character. But I couldn’t do that, it was not easy for me to get into the character and get out of it. It affected my mental health a bit. On the very first day, I had to shoot an emotional scene, and I locked myself in my vanity. Turned off the lights, turned off my phone, and told people to leave me alone – I just sat there and listened to my music. Now, as luck would have it, the shot was supposed to happen at 3 pm, but it got delayed and we started shooting around 8 pm. So, I was in that self-imposed solitary confinement for about 8 hours, and it really started to take a toll on me.’

Couldn’t come out of the zone for 2-3 hours
Vedang further said- ‘Even after these scenes, I could not come out of this zone for 2-3 hours. I realized that it would not be possible to continue like this. And after that I decided not to let myself go through anything like that… it’s not worth it and I believe there are other ways to reach that feeling, I just need to figure it out Which one works best for me?
