Here the price of Tawa Chap Gravy is Rs 150 per plate, which includes 4 soya chaap sticks. Apart from this, the price of Tawa Chap prepared in cashew gravy is Rs 200, which is specially cooked by grinding cashews in a mixer. Due to which the taste of Tawa Soya Chap is more delicious.

Sharing the recipe of Tawa Chaap, Sahdev told that first of all the chaap made of soya is heated well in a gas tandoor. After this it is cut into small pieces. It is put in a pan along with finely chopped onions and special spices. Butter and cream is added over it and it is cooked well. This makes its taste even more amazing. Then it is served to the customers.
About 50 plates of Tawa Chaap Gravy are sold at his stall every day. His shop operates from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm. During this time, customers can come and enjoy Tawa Soya Chaap Gravy.
