Method of making Teesi Bhaat (Bihari Recipe Teesi Bhaat)
Material
4 spoons – flax seeds
1 teaspoon coriander
1 spoon cumin
Dry red chilli as per taste
1- fast address
– salt to taste

How to make Teesi Bhaat
-First of all, roast flax seeds, coriander, cumin, bay leaves, red chillies on a hot pan. When it starts smelling, put it in a mixer jar and blend it well. Linseed powder is ready.
-Now first of all wash the Basmati rice with cold water until the water runs clear. Now filter it and keep it aside. Place a pan on medium flame and fill it with water and boil it.
Now heat mustard oil in a pan. When it becomes hot, lightly fry the dry red chilli in the pan and keep it in a plate and grind it well with salt and make a powder.
