When the villagers investigated, they got information that the cart laden with rice belonged to Rajkishore Mandal, husband of local dealer Kumari Archana, a resident of Pipra Vishanpur village of the police station area, who was taking it for black marketing. Villagers complained by writing an application

In this regard, local village co-deputy head Chandan Sah, former head Premshankar Singh, Brajesh Kumar Singh, Rudaltam Paswan, Suresh Paswan, Ganesh Sah and Vivek Sah have given a written application demanding action from the Block Development Officer.
