Villagers shocked by death of pet dog, now tribute meeting after 13th, did not allow even a single theft to happen in his lifetime – News18 Hindi

Burhanpur: People become so attached to animals and their animals that after their death, there is mourning in the house, village and even the city. In Burhanpur district of Madhya Pradesh, the entire family and the entire village are in shock due to the sudden death of a dog named Kalu. He died suddenly on 22 April. After this, his last rites were performed with full rituals. After that, the 13th program took place on 4th May. Now family and village people are also holding memorial meetings. So far, three memorial meetings have been held since Kalu’s death. The family is also talking about holding a memorial service in the future.

After 13th, now a tribute meeting will be organized
Giving information to Local 18, Pankaj Prakash Umale of the Umale family said that father Prakash Umale works as a labourer. When he saw this 30-day-old Kalu leaving the village with the Banjara families 10 years ago, he felt good. After this took care of him. He died suddenly after 10 years. Kalu used to roam around the whole village. Everyone loved him.

Children were given pills, biscuits, chocolates, milk and rotis. Kalu has never bitten anyone till date. Now the whole people are shocked by his death. His funeral procession was taken out and he was buried as per the rituals. Organized the 13th birthday program in which the entire village had a feast, now a tribute meeting is also being held. The society, village and family organized this event to give the message of humanity.

Thieves and scoundrels were afraid of Kalu
Kalu used to stay awake at night. The entire family and village people slept comfortably in their homes. Kalu was so afraid of thieves and scoundrels that thieves and scoundrels did not even enter this area. Till date there has not been a single incident of theft.

Tribute meeting will be held on 15th May
Pankaj Prakash Umale told that a tribute meeting has been organized in the village on May 15 at 7:00 pm. Three memorial meetings have been held so far. Kalu was a member of our family, so now the village people and relatives are also coming to sit at our place.
