Ingredients for making rice chilla
To make rice cheela 1 cup rice (soaked in water for 4 hours) 2 boiled potatoes, ¼ cup capsicum finely chopped, ¼ cup yellow capsicum finely chopped, ¼ cup onion finely chopped, ¼ cup tomato finely chopped chopped, 2 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped, ½ tsp ginger finely chopped, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1 tsp cumin, salt to taste, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp baking soda Soda, take 2-3 tbsp oil for cooking.

Rice Chilla Recipe
Soak rice in water for 4 hours or overnight. Then wash them and put them in a mixer jar and grind them until it becomes a fine paste. Now add boiled potatoes and a little water to it and grind till a smooth batter is formed. Now take out the rice chilla batter in a big bowl. Then add capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion, tomato, green chili, green coriander, ginger, cumin, salt, red chili powder and cumin powder and mix it well. Batter for rice chilla is ready.

Now grease a little oil in a non stick pan and when it becomes hot, pour 1 tbsp batter over it and spread it gently so that it becomes round cheela. Then cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Fry till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Your hot rice cheela is ready. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
