To make Aloo Uttapam, you should take boiled potatoes, onions, corn flour, grated cheese, ginger garlic paste, red chillies, poha, mustard seeds, chopped coriander leaves, oil, salt as per taste.
How to make Potato Uttapam
To make Potato Uttapam, potatoes are first boiled and poha is soaked in water. Now peel the potatoes and grate them in a big bowl. After this add poha soaked in water and mix it. After this, finely chop the onion and mix it in this mixture. Now add finely chopped green coriander, ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, mustard and other spices and mix them all well. After this add enough water to this mixture so that the mixture can spread properly on the griddle.
Now take a pan or griddle and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the griddle becomes hot, pour oil on it and spread it all around. Now put the mixture prepared from potatoes on the griddle and spread it in a round shape. After this reduce the flame of the gas and leave the potato uttapam to cook. After some time, flatten the uttapam and apply oil on top and bake it. Roast it till it turns golden brown in colour. After this take it out in a plate. Now your delicious potato uttapam is ready. Make all the potato uttapam in the same way. After this, serve it to the eaters with chutney.
