Healthy paratha recipes: The best thing about winters is that you can enjoy all the delicious, warm foods that you can’t enjoy in the summer. In winters, as soon as the air turns cold, what better way than to have fresh, hot parathas with a cup of tea or a bowl full of curd. Before your mouth starts watering, we will tell you such things for breakfast which will be best for taste as well as health. Are you on a weight loss diet? Don’t worry, you can still enjoy some delicious parathas without putting on weight. Just take care that you do not overeat and do not use too much oil, ghee or butter.

Cauliflower Onion Paratha

material:-
1/2 cup gluten free wheat flour
1/2 cup cauliflower, grated
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried mango powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp ghee
water as required

Cabbage Onion Paratha Recipe

Grate the cauliflower, steam it and drain it. Knead dough with all the above ingredients except ghee. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Take small balls and roll them in the shape of a parantha. Put some ghee in a hot pan and put the paratha on it. Cook on both sides and serve hot.

Beetroot Paratha

material:-
2 cups gluten free wheat flour
water as required
2 tsp oil
½ tsp salt
3-4 beetroot
1 onion
½ tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp anardana powder
1 tsp dried mango powder

Beetroot Paratha Recipe

Knead the dough with the help of flour, oil, water and salt. Keep it aside. For stuffing, first grate the beetroot and finely chop an onion. Heat a pan, add some oil and add beetroot and onion. Add all the spices and fry for 4-5 minutes. Now take a part of the dough and flatten it slightly. Put a little stuffing and seal the dough so that none of the stuffing comes out. Roll it back into a ball and then flatten it into a paratha shape. Put some oil in a hot pan and bake the paratha from both the sides.

Tofu Paratha
material:-
100 grams tofu
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp oil
1 tsp ghee
water as required
1 onion
1-2 green chilies
few coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/4 tsp dried mango powder

Tofu Paratha Recipe
Take a bowl, grate the tofu in it and keep it aside. In another vessel, knead the dough with the help of flour, oil and water. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Now cut onions, green chillies and some fresh coriander leaves. Add all these vegetables to the grated tofu and mix everything together. Add salt and dried mango powder and mix again. Make balls from the dough, flatten them slightly and then stuff them in the tofu-veggie mixture. Make sure the stuffing is well sealed and then roll it again into a ball. To make parathas, roll it out and bake it in a hot pan with a little ghee. Now serve it hot on a plate.
