Afghani Paneer Recipe
To make tasty Afghani Paneer curry, first heat oil in a pan. Then add onion and stir for a minute, then add ginger, garlic and cashew nuts. When the onion starts becoming a little soft, take it out and keep it in a bowl to cool. Then put everything including onion in a mixer jar and prepare a fine paste by adding green coriander, curd, green chilli, mint and salt. Take out this paste in a vessel and keep it. Then apply a little ginger-garlic paste on the cheese pieces and sprinkle black pepper powder on it. Now pour some oil in a pan and when the oil gets hot enough, put the paneer in it and fry it. Keep in mind that during this time keep the gas flame low.

When the paneer is fried, take some butter in the pan. Then add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper and fry for a few seconds. Then put the green coriander paste you had prepared in the pan and stir for a few minutes. Then mix coriander powder and cumin powder in it and cook for four-five minutes. After this, when the gravy starts leaving oil, then add cheese to it and mix it well. Then add Kasoori Methi to it and cover and cook for two-three minutes, so that the flavor of the gravy gets absorbed into the paneer. Your Afghani Paneer is ready. Garnish it with fresh cream and serve hot.
