In the CCTV footage, a masked man is seen looting Rs 10 lakh from a cash van outside the ICICI Bank ATM located near the Wazirabad flyover on the evening of January 10. The accused can be clearly seen in the CCTV footage.
This CCTV footage is of January 10 at 4.44 pm. It is seen in the video that two bank officials are putting money in the machine. Meanwhile, the accused came close to the van. He has a revolver in both his hands. As soon as the accused reaches near the ATM, he shoots the guard of the ATM. This creates chaos there. Seeing the guard being shot, the driver of the ATM cash van leaves the vehicle and runs away.

Rs 10.78 lakh looted
The attacker comes near the ATM. Seeing the attacker, the officers present inside the ATM also try to run away. One officer flees while the assailant gets the bag out from another. The second officer also takes out the bag and quickly runs away from there. After this the attacker also leaves from there. According to the information, a total loot of Rs 10.78 lakh was carried out.
The search for the accused continues
Regarding this incident, the police had told that the cash van had reached near the Jagatpur flyover to deposit cash in the ICICI Bank ATM. Then the miscreants shot the guard of the cash van and looted the cash and fled. The cash van guard was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. With the help of CCTV footage, the police is looking for the accused.
