Daily Star spoke to Howard, a man who has been living in this area for six years, who said that he too finds this rule very strange. Even after completely purchasing the house, they have to pay fees every year. He told that he does not know for what reason this money is given, but if he forgets to pay, then a fine is also imposed. He says that people pay council tax, then why do they pay separately for maintenance. Principal Estate Management, which runs Calthorpe, said that these rules have been made so that the area remains clean.
