In the video, after some time, the rescue team is seen arriving. Then the person is taken out completely burnt.
Reason for battery blast
Batteries exploding from mobile phones to electric bikes have become a very common occurrence all over the world. However, many times it leads to a major accident, in which there is loss of life and property. Let us tell you that the government had handed over the responsibility of investigating this to DRDO’s unit Center for Fire, Explosive and Environment Safety (CFEES).
DRDO had said in its report that poor quality of battery is the main reason for incidents of fire in electric scooters. Apart from this, not adequately testing the battery pack at different temperatures is also another reason. According to the report, many times companies manufacturing e-scooters deliberately use low quality material to reduce costs. Quality is also a big reason for battery blast.
How to avoid it?
Nowadays most of the people are using devices connected with electric battery from mobile phones. But many times people buy phones with poor quality battery or other items apart from e-cycle in order to save money. According to experts, the products of good companies are expensive, but they manufacture the products keeping in mind the safety of the customer. Whereas when the company sells you electric items at a low cost, then the quality of its battery and other safety features will also be of very low quality. Experts advise that any product related to battery should always be bought from a good company and of good quality.
