Milind Soman’s breakfast
Fitness model Milind told that he wakes up first thing in the morning between 5.30 to 6 am. According to normal temperature, drink 500 ml water. Apart from nuts, he eats a papaya and a melon for breakfast. These fruits become a part of their breakfast depending on the season. For example, during summer season Milind eats 5-6 mangoes in the morning. Despite this, if they feel hungry then they like to take dry fruits.
What does Milind eat for lunch?
Milind Soman told that he keeps variety in his lunch. Have lunch at around 2 in the afternoon. In this, he likes to eat seasonal vegetables, pulses, khichdi and rice according to the ratio. His lunch consists of two parts of vegetables and one part of pulses and rice. Two spoons of desi ghee is also used in food. He told that when he does not eat rice, he eats 6 rotis with pulses and vegetables.
What does Milind eat for dinner?
After a gap of about three hours, Milind drinks black tea at 5 pm. After this we have dinner without eating anything. They give a gap of only two hours for dinner. Meaning, we have dinner before 7.30 in the evening. Eat very light food in dinner. A plate of vegetables and bhaji is kept in it. If you are feeling very hungry then eat Khichdi. Before sleeping, mix a little turmeric in warm water and take it with jaggery.
