Swati Maliwal, while recalling the incident of May 13, said that on May 13, at around 9 am, I went to Arvind Kejriwal’s residence. I entered the house and the staff made me sit in the drawing room. I was sitting there quietly waiting for the CM. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar entered the room and he was screaming and shouting.

Swati Maliwal said that Vibhav Kumar also used abusive words for me. Swati alleged that he abused me and also slapped me about 7-8 times. When I tried to push him, he caught my leg and threw me on the floor. My head hit the center table, as soon as I fell on the floor he started kicking me, I screamed for help but no one came. She said that when these things happened to me, I was on my periods.
