If you want to control your weight, then along with office work, you should also do physical activity in between and avoid sitting continuously for long hours. Mindfulness activity or meditation is needed to control stress hormones. Apart from this, you must sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily, because this can balance work life and obesity.
