Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had announced to bring ‘White Paper’ during her budget speech. He had also said in his speech that what was India’s economy before 2014 and how the BJP government had worked hard to bring it out of the crisis. Will also keep this matter in front of everyone. Holding Congress responsible for ‘mismanagement’, he had said on February 1 that the government would present a ‘white paper’ in the House. Whereas Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi said that the government can soon present a ‘white paper’.
What is white paper?
White Paper i.e. White Paper is a kind of informational report. In which the policies, achievements and very important issues of the government are discussed. When the government announces the launch of a white paper, it clearly means that it uses the white paper to discuss, take action or give suggestions on any issue or to draw conclusions on a particular matter.
‘White Paper’ is used by governments, organizations or experts. Its clear objective is to help in decision-making. If a solution to a problem is to be proposed or action is to be taken on a recommendation, governments can present a white paper. The white paper is a detailed assessment of any reform and economic indicators in various sectors.

The tone of the white paper remains neutral, that is, it contains no bias but information and analysis.
White Papers contain proposals and recommendations for policy changes, initiatives and reforms based on in-depth analysis and research.
Whatever issues are analyzed in white papers, they are given on the basis of arguments and recommendations, sources, conclusions and expert opinions.
