How to make Dhuska Roti from leftover rice
To make Dhuska Roti (thick roti), mix the rice by pressing it well with hands. After that add rice flour and add salt as per taste. Add a little water to it and mix it all together well. Make sure that this mixture should neither be too wet nor too dry. After mixing completely, turn on the gas and keep the pan, once it is hot, apply oil in it. After that, take a slightly wet ball of dough with your hands and put it on the pan and spread it in a round, slightly thick shape.
After that put a lid on top and let it cook on low flame. After 05 to 10 minutes, remove the lid and apply oil on the roti and turn the roti. After that, let it cook on the other side also, till both the sides become light red, then you can taste the delicious Dhuska Roti of Chhattisgarh. You can enjoy it with tomato chutney or vegetables.

Make rice fry like this
To make rice fry, first collect the ingredients. To make this Chhattisgarhi item, cooked rice (called Bhaat in the local language), oil, onion, green chillies, bean seeds, potatoes, green coriander, turmeric and salt are required.
Rice fry is prepared in the same way as poha is prepared. First of all, heat oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, add cumin seeds, green chillies, bean seeds, chopped onion, chopped potatoes and let everything cook on low flame till it turns golden in color and keep turning it with a big spoon. After it is cooked well, pour the rice over it. After that add turmeric and salt as per taste and mix everything well. Fry on low flame for some time. Now your breakfast rice fry (bhaat fry) is ready.
