Adani-Hindenburg Case: The Supreme Court will give its verdict in the Adani-Hindenburg case on Wednesday (January 3) at 10.30 am. The petitioner has demanded a fresh investigation into the matter. He says that the investment in the group’s shares should be investigated. However, SEBI said that it has already investigated all the aspects.
Earlier, during the hearing on November 24, the bench of CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Manoj Mishra had reserved the decision. In the report of American shortseller Hindenburg, Adani Group has been accused of rigging share prices. The group denied all the allegations and said that it is not so.
