When Govinda told Akshay Kumar during his struggling days that why don you become a hero know story

Recalling his struggling days, Akshay Kumar had said that during that time he used to work with photographer Jai Seth. That’s when he had done photoshoots of many celebrities like Govinda, Jackie Shroff, Sangeeta Bijlani and Rekha as a light man.

The actor said that, once when I was getting Govinda ji’s photoshoot done, his attention went to me and he came to me. After this he told me, ‘Hey… you are smooth, why don’t you become a hero?’

Akshay further said that, as soon as Govinda ji said this to me, I said to him, ‘Sir, are you joking?’ Then he said again – ‘Become a hero.’

Let us tell you that Akshay Kumar dismissed Govinda’s words jokingly. But later when people started advising him to do modeling, he got the acting bug and then he got a 7-second role in a film called ‘Aaj’.

After this, Akshay Kumar got the film ‘Saugandh’ and from here his acting career started taking off. Slowly Akshay made his mark in the industry.

Talking about the work front, Akshay Kumar was last seen in the film ‘Khel Khel Mein’. Which could not do anything special at the box office.
