Salman Khan played the role of Radhe Mohan in Tere Naam. An angry boy from a small town who crosses the limits of madness for the sake of his love. Despite this character being violent and spoiled, the audience loved it a lot.

All the songs of this film also proved to be superhit and are liked a lot even today. Regarding this, Salman Khan himself shared this incident with the audience during a show. Salman Khan once appeared as a special guest in the singing reality show Saregamapa.

Salman Khan told that Himesh Reshammiya had composed 13 wonderful songs for this film. Although we were not able to include all the songs in the film even if we wanted to. Salman Khan said that everyone had forbidden me to work in this film but I could not stop.

Salman told that there is an interesting story about my look in this film which not everyone knows. Actually I was doing another film at that time. The producer of Tere Naam and my special friend Sunil Manchanda came to me with this film but he said that I would have to go bald for this film.

Salman said that I was not able to decide because at that time I was also working in another film. One day I had high fever and the makers of my second film were adamant on calling me for shooting.

The actor said that in such a situation I got angry and went to the washroom and shaved the hair on my head. After this I called Sunil and said that I want to do your film and have also shaved my hair.
