According to Bollywood Shaadis, Zeenat was shooting for a film in Lonavala. Then Sanjay Khan asked Zeenat to come to Mumbai. Actually, Sanjay was the director of the film Abdullah and Zeenat was a part of that film. Sanjay wanted Zeenat to come to Mumbai and complete the remaining shooting of that film. At first Zeenat refused. But she was in love with Sanjay so she went. When she reached Mumbai, she came to know that Sanjay was partying with his first wife at the Taj Hotel. So Zeenat also reached there. When Sanjay came to know about this, he got very angry. At that time Sanjay was accused of beating Zeenat.
In Hrishikesh Kannan’s podcast, Sanjay Khan talked about this and called all the allegations false. Sanjay said that he did not slap Zeenat either. He said that this was a PR attack against him. Sanjay also gave clarification regarding Zeenat’s eye injury. Sanjay said that it was hereditary.
