Desire is such a thing that not just one or two but millions are its fans. Tea is such a thing, which is linked to the emotions of many people. In every household, people like their own kind of tea. Some people drink ginger and some like the taste of basil and cardamom. But many times, with the first sip of tea, the thought comes out of your mouth, ‘Wow, what a tea.’ But the problem is that it is not necessary to make the same perfect tea at home every time.

In fact, while making tea, we often make some mistakes which spoil its taste.

Whether you like masala tea or ginger tea, by keeping some important things in mind, you can get that perfect tea at home every time.

  • First of all, one should never use raw milk for making tea. Try to use only boiled milk for making tea. Take out the milk kept in the fridge so that it comes to room temperature. If you want to make 2 cups of tea, then take out 1 cup of milk and keep it aside. Whenever you add cold milk to boiling tea, the temperature of the tea suddenly changes which spoils its flavor.
  • Talking about the spices added to tea, people often like ginger tea. For this, keep in mind that always add crushed ginger to tea. Many times people add grated ginger to tea, this also makes the tea bitter.
  • Often, to save time while making tea at home, people mix water and milk together and add ginger when it boils. But in this process the spices and tea leaves do not get time to infuse properly.
  • After drinking this tea, guests will not leave without praising.
  • Whenever you make tea, first bring water to boil. When it starts boiling, first add crushed ginger and other spices. Let them boil in this water for at least 1 minute so that the flavor of the spices comes into the tea. After this, add tea leaves to this boiling water.
  • Along with tea leaves, add sugar also in the next 10 seconds. If you add sugar with milk, it dilutes the milk and the desired consistency is not correct.
  • While making tea, you will notice that the tea leaves often stick to the vessel while boiling. In such a situation, it is important that you keep returning the surrounding tea leaves to the vessel with the help of a spoon or ladle.
  • After adding milk, boil the tea for at least 2 minutes and do this on medium flame.

These are some of the mistakes we make while making tea, and these make the taste of our tea tasteless.
