There are also pakoras made from lentils like moong etc. Certainly, all the ingredients used in pakoras are beneficial. If they are cooked at home in good oil, then there is no potential risk due to oil. Along with this, the spices used in pakoras are also very good for health. Therefore, in terms of nutrition, they are a treasure of vitamins, proteins, energy and carbohydrates. On the other hand, tea is known to be a hot drink as well as a refreshing accompaniment.
