According to BBC report, South Korea’s army is repeatedly warning the public that if balloons are being dropped anywhere near you, please stay away from them. Do not touch them at all because they are filled with dirty garbage and waste. In fact, in the last few days, North Korea has been continuously doing such activities. At least 260 balloons have been dropped in the eight border states of South Korea, which were filled with garbage. Some balloons also contain papers spreading propaganda.
