Why shouldn’t spinach and paneer be eaten together?
Sharing the video on Instagram, nutritionist Namami Aggarwal says that ‘healthy eating does not mean eating the right food at the right time. Along with this, the right combination of these foods is equally important. She further says that ‘there are some food combinations that prevent the absorption of each other’s nutrients when they are eaten together. One such combination is of calcium and iron.
