The businessmen of Maa Bhavani Tilkut shop near Tilkamanjhi bus stand say that this time we are making 10 to 12 types of Tilkut and other items. Along with tilkut of sugar and jaggery, there are sesame laddoos and other products. The chief artisan of Tilkut shop says that all the articles of Tilkut are available in the local market only, but in terms of quality we get sesame seeds from Kanpur.
The shopkeepers told that in one shop about 6 to 7 artisans are preparing 60 to 70 kg tilkut daily.
