Winter Sweets: Fond of Jalebi? Know where to find Haryanvi and Rajasthani flavors in Hazaribagh

Hazaribagh. You must have eaten a lot of Jalebi. But if you want to enjoy Haryanvi and Rajasthani Jalebis in Hazaribagh, then reach the Jalebi stall located on Malviya Marg of the city. People especially come here to eat hot jalebi in the winter season. The taste of Rasbhari Jalebi is so delicious that the eaters lick their fingers after eating it.

Parveen Kumar, who was making jalebis at the stall, told News18 Local that he is originally from Rajasthan and his business partner and friend Lalit Kumar is from Haryana. Both have been making and selling Jalebi here for about 15 years. The mixed color of Haryanvi and Rajasthani flavor is found in the Jalebi here. Both the partners manage the stall together.

This jalebi is just Rs 140 a kg

Lalit Kumar told that people come here to eat Jalebi with enthusiasm. Along with food at the stall, parcels are also delivered for home. All purpose flour, sugar and refined oil are used to make Jalebi. Daily 25 kg flour and 20 kg sugar is consumed at this stall. Stalls are set up every day from 2 pm to 9 pm. The cost of Jalebi is Rs 140 per kg.

Sandeep Kumar and Anand Soni, who are eating Jalebi here, say that since the stalls started coming up, they have been reaching to eat. The taste of Jalebi here is not found anywhere else. Hot Jalebi is served at this stall. Even children at home like the Jalebi made here. Soni told that they take jalebis for home as well and it is also a good item to welcome guests.
