Sukhi Lal’s father works as a laborer in the village. Due to financial constraints, Sukhi Lal Jaiswal, who was studying in a government school, was worried about his further studies. But he didn’t give up. After 12th class, Sukhi Lal went to Surat factories to earn.

Sukhi Lal tells that earlier he used to earn and eat while living in Surat, but we still get goosebumps when we remember that day of Corona. Staying away from his home district, his family members were also worried. The people of the house were also worried about me. I was all alone. One day suddenly this idea came in my mind that the money that has been collected from a little earning. That is why a cheap business should be started in Rewa itself.

By investing 50 thousand rupees from himself and by borrowing some money, he set up a stall of Idli and Sambhar Bada in Rewa. Today our Sambhar Bada is in great demand in Rewa. Sukhilal’s daily income varies between 1 thousand to 2 thousand. He earns at least 40 thousand in a month.

Due to this, the condition of his house has started improving. Sukhi Lal told that when I thought of starting, I found that stalls of almost all food items are already being set up. In such a situation, a thought came to my mind that why not feed something different which is also healthy to eat. And people should not be harmed by this. In such a situation, we learned to become big Sambhar in Surat itself.
Started feeding Sambhar Bada in Rewa. Sambhar is fed to people for Rs 20 per plate here. People reach here to satisfy their hunger and to eat something better. Often a crowd of people is engaged here. Working people, office goers are seen relishing the Sambhar Bada available at their place.

Sukhilal’s stall is near the new bus stand. Whose name is Jai Mata Di Sambhar Bada Idli. From 3 am in the morning, dry Lal Jaiswal starts making idli and sambar in his house. And then between 7 to 8 in the morning their stall is set up. Till 12 o’clock he feeds the people Sambhar Bada and then he goes home and does his studies. These days Sukhilal Jaiswal’s master’s course is going on. Along with this, he is also preparing for a government job.
