then foul play was suspected
After a year, when the petrol pump got the tally done, irregularities were suspected. Then when investigation was done, it was found that the woman had got petrol worth 27,000 dollars i.e. about 22 lakhs filled for free. After this the owners of the petrol pump contacted the police. CCTV shows Thompson refueling at the station on several occasions. Police said that the woman used the reward card 510 times between November 13, 2022 and June 1, 2023. Police also found another woman using the card. When she got irritated the woman said that she did not know. She would like to pay the full amount. The matter is currently going on in the court.
