A woman from Firozabad in UP was called to Noida on the pretext of getting her a job and was gang-raped. After this, she was thrown in the jungle. On regaining consciousness, the victim sought help from a passerby. After this, she reached home. On Monday night, she was admitted to the government trauma center after she felt dizzy. The mother of six children returned home at 8 pm on Monday night. The police have not received any complaint in the case.

The sister of the 35-year-old woman, a resident of Thana North area, lives in Noida. She visits there frequently. A few years ago, she met a young man from Noida there. It is alleged that the young man called the woman on July 20 and invited her to Noida on the pretext of getting her a job. He also sent one thousand rupees to her bank account for the rent.
The husband had gone to drive the auto. Meanwhile, the woman left for Noida without informing her family. It is alleged that the young man took her to a hotel in Noida and to his relative’s house and made her drink a cold drink laced with intoxicants. After she became unconscious, the young man, along with his friends, gang-raped her. After this, they threw her in the forest.
When she regained consciousness on 22nd July, she was lying in the forest. With the help of passersby, she somehow reached home by bus from Noida on Monday night. The victim’s husband told that on returning home, his wife told him that she was feeling dizzy. Therefore, she had to be admitted to the trauma center. Meanwhile, Inspector Rajesh Pandey of Police Station North told that the victim came to the police station on Tuesday afternoon. She left after saying that she would give the written complaint later.
