Actually, in this video from Bagalkot, Karnataka, a woman sub-inspector returned the challan money to the youth. Don’t be shocked, this is absolutely true. What happened was that three people were going on a bike and then the woman sub-inspector issued a challan to the bike driver for breaking the traffic rules and also imposed a fine on them.

A woman sub-inspector was on duty in a crowded market when she saw three young men coming on a bike. On seeing the young men, the inspector ran across the road and caught all three of them and immediately took the keys from the bike. When the young man told her that the fine amount was his college fees, the woman inspector’s heart melted and she returned the money.
At first the youth refused to take the money but later the inspector hugged him and put the money in his shirt pocket. The woman sub-inspector advised the youth to follow traffic rules. Social media users are not tired of praising this video.
