According to the results, women who exercise have 24 percent less chance of death compared to women who have not exercised for two decades. Whereas only 15 percent of this has been found in men. The risk of fatal heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular problems was 36 percent lower in men, whereas the risk of men in men was 14 percent less.
