Now he has started a wood fire pizza startup on a small scale. Let us tell you that the making of pizza in the world started with this wood fire method. Later it started being made using electric burn and gas and people started liking wood fire pizza. This Italian dish is still made in the traditional wood fire method at many places there.
Now in Noida too, the old wood fire method pizza is available. There is a lot of difference in the price of normal pizza and wood fire pizza. The price of wood fire pizza starts from Rs. 700 but in Noida you will get this pizza for only Rs. 149- 400.
Where did the idea come from
Vishnu, who set up the wood fire pizza cart, said that two years ago he saw pizza being made in a big hotel. He got the idea from there but it was very expensive. Vishnu started looking for a way to make it available to people at a low price. After this, he got a wood fire pizza cart made in a desi style. Now he is going to start another cart in Greno West soon.
Vishnu told that the size of his pizzas ranging from Rs. 149 to Rs. 400 will be medium. The only difference is in the different flavours and ingredients used in it. Hundreds of people come to eat pizza at his place every day. He sells about Rs. 10,000 worth of pizzas every day.
