World Cancer Day 2023: Cancer disease is serious as well as scary. People fear it because once it happens to someone, then it is difficult to get rid of it. According to the World Health Organization, in the year 2020 only one crore people died due to cancer. One out of every 6 deaths in the whole world is due to cancer. Mouth cancer is also called oral cancer. Cancer of the mouth is also like cancer occurring in the head and neck.
what is oral cancer
According to the Mayo Clinic, oral cancer can occur in any part of the mouth. It can mainly occur in the inner part of the lips, gums, tongue, cheeks. Whenever it occurs inside the mouth, it is called oral cancer.

Sun’s UV rays, toxin chemical present in food, radiation, chemical present in alcohol, benzene, asbestos, cause cancer.
