Sugar โ€“ 1 tsp

Finely chopped cabbage โ€“ 1 tbsp
Peanuts โ€“ 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves โ€“ 2 tbsp
Curry leaves โ€“ 8-9
Turmeric powder โ€“ 1 tsp
salt โ€“ as per taste

How to make Poha Upma

To make Poha Upma, first wash and filter the Poha thoroughly. Now take a pan, in which fry the chopped vegetables like capsicum, carrot, cabbage and peanuts. Now put oil in this pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add about half a teaspoon of cumin, mustard and curry leaves and fry a little with the help of a ladle.

After this add green chillies, onions, tomatoes and turmeric and fry them. Now add poha to the roasted tomatoes and onions and mix for two minutes. After that add sugar and cook a little.
