Wow! 8 teachers to teach 9 students, but in 45 schools there is not even one teacher, this matter will shock you

Sea: As soon as the new school session begins, the condition of the government system starts coming to the fore. A similar case has come to light from Sagar in Bundelkhand. On one hand, there is not a single teacher to teach students in 45 schools, while on the other hand, 8 teachers have been posted in a single school to teach 9 children. The case has come to light from Jinda village, located about 4 kilometers from Sagar city. Two such schools are being run in Jinda village. Which were supposed to be closed 5 years ago. There are a total of 6 students enrolled in the primary school here, for whom 3 teachers have been posted. Whereas in the secondary school of Jinda village, 5 teachers have been appointed to teach just 3 students. That is, 8 teachers have been posted to teach 9 students of both the schools.

60-70 lakh rupees spent in the name of salary
The rule of the School Education Department is that if there are less than 20 students, the school should be closed and the students studying there should be enrolled in a nearby school. But instead of doing this here, four new teachers were posted. In total, about 60-70 lakh rupees are being spent every year in the name of salaries. The students here are attracted towards private schools and new admissions have come down to zero for two years.

13 teachers posted for 10 students
On one hand, 3 to 5 teachers are teaching two children. On the other hand, there are 45 schools in Sagar district where not even a single teacher is posted. While 267 schools are in the charge of one teacher. In such a situation, teaching here is completely in the hands of guest teachers. Last year, 2870 guest teachers were working in the district. Just like there are more teachers than required in Jinda. Similarly, 1446 surplus teachers in the district are posted in some school or the other even when there is no need.

Immediate action will be taken in the matter
Sagar’s District Education Officer Arvind Jain informed that such a case has come to notice. Action will be taken on this immediately. If the number registered is less than the government guidelines, then the school will be closed and teachers and students will be sent to other schools. Along with this, surplus teachers will also be adjusted.
