Gajak maker Devendra says that he has been making Gajak here since the year 2000, in which he has been making many varieties. He said that we have special Gajak Patata Rewari, Murain Gajak, Sadabahar Gajak, Pista Cardamom Gajak and Bhatinda Chakki. We are doing good business since last 22 years and our Gajak is in great demand in Bhilwara city. As soon as Gajak is made, it gets sold immediately because it is soft to eat and is eaten hot. Till now we have sent this Gajak to Saudi, Dubai, Australia abroad and to many states in the country including Maharashtra, Gujarat.

15 varieties of Gajak are available here
15 varieties of Gajak are also made here, which include Sadabahar, Roll, Biscuit, Pista, Chocolate, Cashew and Almond Gajak, Barfi, Shahi Gajak. Among all these, Chakka Gajak is especially in demand because it is eaten only hot.

Chandraprakash Sharma, who came to buy Gajak, says that very good Gajak is available here, due to which we have been buying Gajak from here for the last many years. Many varieties of Gajak are available here and the shopkeepers here never do adulteration. Very old Gajak is never found here, due to which we send this Gajak from here to our relatives and they also praise it a lot. Especially one such Gajak is available here, which is eaten hot only. After eating it, the body gets refreshed instantly and it is also incomparable in taste.
