Sharing the report of Sapien Lab, Jain wrote that giving mobiles and tablets to children at a young age is spoiling their future and they are facing many health problems. According to the report of Sapien Lab, 60-70 percent of women who were in contact with smartphones before the age of 10 years are facing mental health problems in adult age. 45 to 50% of men who used smartphones before the age of 10 are also facing similar problems. That is, it is not appropriate to give phones to children at a young age. This habit is weakening the mental health of children.

Get kids to do this type of activity

Manu Kumar Jain wrote in his post that most parents give phones to their children when they are crying, or they are driving or preparing food. He wrote that parents should instead keep children in outdoor activities, travel, human interaction and social sphere so that they can see and understand these things. The former head of Xiaomi wrote that he is not against smartphones and tablets, but when it comes to children, parents should be alert and careful so that they do not face problems later. Not only Jain, but many doctors have also said that smartphones are not right for young children. Parents should give it to children only after a certain age.
