In these three years, Yadav Handi Mutton has left everyone behind in the entire Kosi area in terms of taste. He further says that Champaran Mutton is no match for Yadav Handi Mutton. Here 3-4 khassi are spent daily in front of customers. Then the mutton is prepared in front.

How to make Mutton
First of all, boil oil in all the pots and then add desi ghee, cumin, cloves, cardamom, black cardamom, mace flower, ginger, cinnamon, garlic, onion, secret masala, turmeric, coriander, Khada garam masala and add it to the mutton. Mix it with mutton and cook it in a pot on coal flame for one and a quarter hour. Then Yadav Handi mutton is prepared and then served with hot rice/roti.

Consumption of 60 kg mutton every day
