People booking tickets through IRCTC’s online platform i.e. IRCTC app had to face a lot of problems yesterday. IRCTC site remained closed from 12:20 am to 3:15 am. Due to which people could not use IRCTC services. IRCTC cited technical maintenance behind this. A notification regarding this was also issued on the site. In which it was written. Due to maintenance, booking and cancellation for Delhi node will not be available from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

The IRCTC site is closed for about an hour every day. Actually this is done due to technical maintenance. The site remains down every night between 11:30 pm and 12:30 am. During this period, Indian Railways fixes its ticketing and service provider platform. Technical fault has been seen in it. Or any other problem related to it is fixed at this time.
