Ingredients to make Garlic Spinach
200 grams spinach
30 grams fenugreek leaves
1 tsp asafoetida
4 teaspoon oil
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 spoon gram flour
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 finely chopped tomato
¼ cup curd
Garam masala half spoon
salt as per taste

Garlic Spinach Recipe
To prepare Garlic Spinach, first heat water in a pan. Then wash spinach and fenugreek and put them in water to boil. When they boil well, put them in ice water to cool and then filter them and grind them in the mixer. Heat oil in a pan, then add asafoetida and then add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry them. When the onion becomes soft, add gram flour to it and fry it. Now mix turmeric, red chilli, coriander and cumin powder in it. Fry it well for a minute, then add tomatoes and let it soften a little.

After this add spinach puree to it. Now add garam masala, curd and salt in it and cook for some time. Now for tempering, heat oil in a separate pan and add cumin, chopped garlic and Kashmiri red chilli and fry it. Then add this mixture to the spinach vegetable and mix well. Hot garlic spinach curry is ready.
