Ingredients to make Suji Chilla
Semolina – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
Paneer – 100 grams
Curd – 1 cup
Cauliflower chopped – 1 cup
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Semolina Chilla
To make Suji Chila full of taste, first of all put semolina in a mixing bowl. Add crumbled paneer and curd to it and mix well. After this add wheat flour and a little water and mix all the ingredients with the help of a blender. Now transfer the prepared solution in a vessel. After this, finely chop cauliflower, cabbage, capsicum, green chillies, green coriander leaves and add them to the solution and mix.
After this, mix grated ginger and salt as per taste in the solution and cover the semolina solution for 15-20 minutes and keep it aside. In this time the batter will be puffed up and ready. Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and keep it on medium flame for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, put a small spoon of oil on the griddle and spread it all around.
