Chana masala is prepared from five types of spices
Ajay Gupta, operator of Mastana Chaat shop, further said that the chana masala here is famous in the entire capital. Apart from Mastana Chana Masala, Dahi Bada, Aloo Kachori, Chana Masala Kachori Mix, Chana Masala Moong Bada Mix and Khasta are available. In Mastana Chana Masala, potatoes, onions, khasta and five types of spices and curd chutney are added to chickpea. The shop is open from 2 pm to 9 pm. The rate of all items is Rs 35 per plate. Apart from this, Jhalmuri with mustard oil, 6 pieces worth Rs 20, is also made secretly.
