Semolina – 1 cup
Curd – 3/4 cup
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Suji Medu Vada
Suji Medu Vada is a great option for breakfast. To make this dish, first take a big bowl and add semolina and curd to it and mix both the things well. After this add grated ginger, chopped green chillies and mix. Then add salt and red chili as per taste and mix everything properly. Now add a little water and prepare a thick batter.

The semolina batter should be of the same consistency as the batter prepared from urad dal. Now cover the semolina solution and keep it aside for 15 minutes, so that the semolina swells properly. After the fixed time, when the semolina batter swells, add finely chopped coriander leaves and baking soda to it and mix. If the batter is too thick, you can mix a little water.
