Ingredients for making Corn Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Sweet Corn (Bhutta) – 1
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
salt – as per taste
How to make Corn Paratha
To make delicious and nutritious corn paratha, first take corn and grate it and take out all the pulp. Now put flour in a big bowl and add sweet corn pulp to it and mix both of them well. After this, finely chop green chilies and green coriander and mix them by putting them in the bowl. Then add celery and salt as per taste and knead the dough while adding water little by little.
Keep in mind that the dough should remain a little hard. After kneading the dough, cover it for 15-20 minutes and keep it aside. Due to this, the dough will be able to swell and set. When the dough is ready, knead it again by applying little oil and make balls out of it. Now take one ball and roll out its paratha. After this, heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. After the tawa is hot, spread some oil on it.

Now put the bella paratha on the griddle and let it cook for a minute. After this, put some oil on the edges of the paratha and flip the paratha. After this, apply oil on the upper part of the paratha and roast the paratha until it turns golden brown from both the sides and becomes crispy. After this take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly prepare parathas from all the balls. Tasty and healthy corn paratha is ready for breakfast. It can be served with vegetable or chutney.
