In the case of kidnapping and murder in Agra, CJM Achal Pratap Singh has registered a case against six people and ordered Malpura police to investigate. Kabulpur, Malpura resident Lal Singh had requested to register a report in the court alleging that his son Rakesh was kidnapped and murdered.

The plaintiff said that on 18 February 2024, his son Rakesh went to videograph the wedding with a drone at the behest of Sheru, a resident of Nagla Padma. When he did not return and was searched, it was found that he was kidnapped and murdered on suspicion of having a love affair with a girl from the accused party. The police did not register a case against him. On presenting an application in the court, the CJM has registered a case against Devi Ram, Tikam Singh, Prem Pal, Jaggo, Monu resident Kabulpur and Sher Singh resident of Nagla Makarol, police station Malpura and ordered an investigation.

Husband accused of dowry murder gets bail

The High Court has ordered the release of husband Mahesh alias Deepak, resident of Kachi Sarai, Gobar Chowki, Tajganj, accused of dowry murder, on bail. On 5 February 2017, plaintiff Mahesh Chand had filed a case of murder of daughter Neeru for dowry. The police sent the accused to jail on 17 October 2022.
