Elvish Yadav interrogation: In the case of supplying snake venom for intoxication in rave parties, ED had called youtuber Elvish Yadav to Lucknow for questioning, after which he reached the ED office on Thursday (5 September 2024). Here ED officers questioned him for about 8 hours. ED asked Elvish questions ranging from where the snakes were supplied to the rave party to where the snakes were brought from. Apart from this, Elvish Yadav was also asked where snake venom was served in rave parties and where such parties were organized.
Inquiry was also done regarding luxury vehicles
ED officials sought information about Elvish Yadav’s contacts, his properties, his luxury vehicles and bank accounts. During the interrogation, the officials called for Elvish Yadav’s mobile and also inquired about his video footage, contacts and chats. After a long interrogation, Elvish left the ED office.
ED had called Elvish Yadav to Lucknow office for questioning on Monday (2 September 2024), but he had asked for three days to record his statement. After this, ED gave him time till 5 September. Elvish was questioned by ED for nearly seven hours on 23 July 2024 regarding money laundering and supplying snake venom in rave parties. At that time Elvish did not answer many questions, after which ED called him again.
Accused of supplying snake venom in rave parties
In November last year, a case was registered against Elvish Yadav for supplying snake venom in rave parties. YouTuber Elvish Yadav was accused by the animal welfare organization People for Animals of supplying snake venom in rave parties. In this case, his agents and snake charmers have also been arrested from a rave party in Noida.
