Ajay Devgan – as director
Ajay Devgan is once again going to step into the field of direction. He will be directing an untitled project with his close friend and co-star Akshay Kumar. There is tremendous excitement among fans about this partnership, and everyone is looking forward to Ajay’s unique storytelling style.
Vir Das – as director
Actor and stand-up comedian Vir Das is now making his directorial debut. In his film Happy Patel imran khan Will play the lead role. Imran’s maternal uncle Aamir Khan will produce this film. The pairing of Veer and Imran in Delhi Belly has already proved to be a hit, and the expectations regarding this project are also very high.
Anshuman Jha – as director
Lakdbagha fame actor Anshuman Jha is venturing into direction for the first time. His black comedy thriller Lord Curzon Ki Haveli, which has been shot entirely in the UK, stars Arjun Mathur, Rasika Duggal, Paresh Pahuja and Zoya Rehman. The film has received praise at several international film festivals and is scheduled to release in India in the first quarter of 2025.
Shahid Kapoor – as producer
Shahid Kapoor is stepping into the role of producer with a trilogy in 2025. This will be his first production film. The trilogy, which is based on the novel by Amish Tripathi, will be a period mythological war saga. Shahid has partnered with Netflix for this ambitious project. It is being designed on the level of epic films like Baahubali.
Rajkummar Rao – as producer
After the success of Stree 2 in 2024, Rajkummar Rao is stepping into the role of producer. In his first production film Toaster, which is being made with Netflix, he will be seen in the lead role with Sonakshi Sinha. This crime comedy will be directed by Guns and Roses assistant director Vivek Das Chaudhary. The shooting of Toaster will begin in January 2025 and it will be released by the end of the year.
